Mit dem Hochladen meiner Fotos über das Bildformular der Kitespots übertrage ich unwiderruflich alle Nutzungsrechte einschließlich der Veröffentlichung an dem auf Grund dieser Vereinbarung zustande gekommenen / zur Verfügung gestellten Bildmaterial uneingeschränkt und ohne zeitliche Beschränkung der Backhus & Herrmann KiteMediaTV Group GbR.
Die Nutzung einschließlich der Veröffentlichung des zur Verfügung gestellten Bildmaterial sieht insbesondere auch die Verwendung des Bildmaterials im Internet, insbesondere auch in den Social Media wie Facebook und Instagram etc und auf der Homepage der Backhus & Herrmann KiteMediaTV Group GbR, sowie den Einsatz zu Werbezwecken vor.
Ferner bestätige ich, dass durch die Veröffentlichung der von mir zur Verfügung gestellten Bilder keine Rechte Dritter verletzt werden und kein Vergütungsanspruch gegenüber der Backhus & Herrmann KiteMediaTV Group GbR besteht. Das uneingeschränkte Urheberrecht an dem überreichten Bildmaterial liegt bei mir.
Die namentliche Benennung des Urhebers / der Urheber im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung des Bildmaterials steht im Ermessen der Backhus & Herrmann KiteMediaTV Group GbR.
